With over 15 years of dedicated service in law enforcement, JT brings a wealth of experience and expertise to CounterTerraRisk Solutions. As Managing Director, he leverages his extensive background in risk assessment, crisis management and strategic planning to enhance our commitment to providing innovative solutions for complex security challenges.
Throughout his decorated career, JT has developed a deep understanding of threat analysis and operational effectiveness, specialising in mass casualty events and Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear incidents. JT works closely with diverse teams to implement best practices and ensure public safety.
JT holds relevant certification in Counter-Terrorist Risk Management, in addition to the Tactical Emergency Management Certificate issued by the Emergency Planning College, further enriching his ability to lead CounterTerraRisk Solutions in delivering tailored strategies that protect our clients and their assets.
JT has provided expert testimony in Criminal, Coronial and Civil Courts for a variety of cases, including homicide investigations.
Under his leadership, the team is committed to excellence, integrity and a forward-thinking approach to counter-terrorism and risk mitigation.

TM
Force Protection Sepcialist
TM is a Force Protection Expert with over a decade of experience in the Royal Air Force, bringing extensive operational expertise to CounterTerraRisk. Having served as a lead advisor on risk and protective measures for sensitive UK Ministry of Defence (MOD) operations, TM has a deep understanding of high-stakes security protocols and crisis response.
Following his distinguished military career, TM now manages global aviation operations in the private sector, where he applies his risk assessment expertise to the complex challenges of international ISR and Special Mission operations. His work involves overseeing operational readiness, regulatory compliance, and safety measures across geographically diverse teams. In this role, TM recognises the critical need for proactive risk assessment to safeguard personnel, assets, and mission success in a highly dynamic environment.
At CounterTerraRisk, he leverages this combined military and industry experience to offer advisory services, guiding organisations in implementing robust risk mitigation and compliance strategies under Martyn's Law.
TM is security cleared to a high Government standard.
